From 15 October 1937 to 5 November 1981
يجازى بغرامة لا تتجاوز جنيها مصريا :
( أولا ) من امتنع أو أهمل فى أداء أعمال مصلحة أو بذل مساعدة وكان قادرا عليها عند طلب ذلك من جهة الاقتضاء فى حالة حصول حادث أو هياج أو غرق أو فيضان أو حريق أو نزول مصائب أخرى عمومية وكذا فى حالة قطع الطريق أو النهب أو التلبس بجريمة أو ضجيج عام أو فى حالة تنفيذ أمر أو حكم قضائى .
( ثانيا ) من نزع أو مزق عمدا الإعلانات الملصقة على الحيطان بأمر الحكومة أو صيرها لا تقرأ .
( ثالثا ) من امتنع من قبول عملة البلاد الأهلية أو مسكوكاتها بالقيمة المتعامل بها ولم تكن مزورة ولا مغشوشة .
