يجازى بغرامة لا تتجاوز خمسة وسبعين قرشا مصريا :
( أولا ) من دخل فى أرض مهيأة للزرع أو مبذور فيها زرع أو محصول أو مر منها بمفرده أو ببهائمه أو دوابه المعدة للجر أو الحمل أو الركوب أو ترك هذه البهائم أو الدواب تمر منها وكان ذلك بغير حق .
( ثانيا ) من رمى أحجارا أو أشياء أخرى صلبة أو قاذورات على عربات أو بيوت أو مبان أو محوطات ملك غيره أو على بساتين أو حظائر .
( ثالثا ) من رمى فى النيل أو الترع أو المصارف أو مجارى المياه الأخرى أدوات أو أشياء أخرى يمكن أن تعوق الملاحة أو ترحم مجارى تلك المياه .
