كل من أعد مكانا للألعاب القمار وهيأه لدخول الناس يعاقب هو وصيارف المحل المذكور بالحبس وبغرامة لا تجاوز ألف جنيه [غير مقروء] ويضبط جميع النقود والأمتعة فى المحلات الجارى فيها الألعاب المذكورة [غير مقروء] بحكم بمصادرتها " .

كل من فتح محلا لألعاب القمار والنصيب وأعده لدخول الناس فيه يعاقب هو وصيارف المحل المذكور بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر وبدفع غرامة لا تتجاوز خمسين جنيها مصريا أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين فقط وتضبط أيضا لجانب الحكومة جميع النقود والأمتعة التى توجد فى المحلات الجارى فيها الألعاب المذكورة .
