ويعاقب بهذه العقوبات أيضا كل من وضع للبيع شيئا فى الثمرة المعروفة باللوتيرى بدون إذن الحكومة وتضبط أيضا لجانب الحكومة جميع النقود والأمتعة الموضوعة فى الثمرة .
