كل من كسر أو خرب لغيره شيئا من آلات الزراعة أو زرائب المواشى أو عشش الخفراء يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة أو بغرامة لا تتجاوز عشرين جنيها مصريا .
