كل من باع أو عرض للبيع مصنوعات عملت تقليدا أو بضائع صار وضع تلك العلامات المزورة عليها وكذلك من غنى علنا بنفسه بألحان موسيقية أو حمل غيره على التغنى بها أو لعب العابا تياترية أو حمل غيره على اللعب بها إضرارا بمخترعيها يحكم عليه بدفع غرامة لا تتجاوز عشرين جنيها مصريا .
