وإذا حصل مع التعدي أو المقاومة ضرب أو نشأ عنهما جرح تكون العقوبة الحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنتين أو غرامة لا تتجاوز عشرين جنيها مصريا .
فإذا حصل الضرب أو الجرح باستعمال أية أسلحة أو عصي أو آلات أو أدوات أخرى أو بلغ الضرب أو الجرح درجة الجسامة المنصوص عليها في المادة ٢٤١ تكون العقوبة الحبس .

فإذا بلغ الضرب أو الجرح الجسامة المنصوص عنها في المادة ٢٤١ تكون العقوبة الحبس .
