كل من تعدى على أحد الموظفين العموميين أو رجال الضبط أو أي إنسان مكلف بخدمة عمومية أو قاومه بالقوة أو العنف أثناء تأدية وظيفته أو بسبب تأديتها يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ستة شهور أو بغرامة لا تتجاوز عشرين جنيها مصريا .
