يظل قرار الاستيلاء نافذا إلى أن يؤدى ملاك الأرض [غير مقروء] إليها جميع مستحقات الوحدة المحلية المختصة المترتبة على قيامها بعمال التخلص ، أو ينقضى الميعاد المقرر لذلك طبقا لنص المادة ( ٨ ) [غير مقروء] هذا القانون .
وعلى الوحدة المحلية المختصة أن تبدأ فى أعمال التخلص من البركة [غير مقروء] المستنقع خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ صدور قرار الإستيلاء ، وإلا اعتبر [غير مقروء] القرار كأن لم يكن .
