يكون توزيع القضايا على دوائر المحكمة بمراعاة نوعها
طبقا للنظام الذى تبينه اللائحة الداخلية للمجلس .
ويبلغ قلم كتاب المحكمة تاريخ الجلسة إلى ذوى الشأن ويكون ميعاد
الحضور ثمانية أيام على الأقل ويجوز فى حالة الضرورة تقصيره
إلى ثلاثة أيام .
