مشتملا على الأسباب التى بنى عليها وأن تلى عند النطق به فى جلسة سرية .
ويكون الحكم الصادر فى الدعوى التأديبية نهائيا غير قابل للطعن فيه بأى
طريق من طرق الطعن .
