ينتخب مجلس النقابة من بين أعضائه وكيلا وسكرتيرا عاما وأمينا للصندوق وسكرتيرا مساعدا وأمينا مساعدا للصندوق ، ويكونون مع النقيب هيئة المكتب على أن تكون إقامتهم بالقاهرة أو الجيزة .
وعلى مجلس النقابة أن يخطر وزيرى الصحة والداخلية بنتيجة الانتخاب كما يجب عليه أن يخطر وزير الصحة بجميع قرارات الجمعيات العمومية وذلك فى مدى خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ انعقاد الجمعية العمومية .
