يصدر مجلس النقابة قرارا بإسقاط عضوية مجلس النقابة عن العضو إذا فقد شرطا من شروط العضوية ، وللمجلس أن يقرر سقوط عضوية من غاب عن جلساته ثلاث مرات متتالية بغير عذر يقبله المجلس وذلك بعد دعوته لسماع أقواله .
