استثناء من أحكام قانون نظام العاملين المدنيين بالدولة وقوانين المعاشات
لا يترتب على استقالة القاضى سقوط حقه فى المعاش أو المكافأة .
وتعتبر استقالة القاضى مقبولة من تاريخ تقديمها لوزير العدل إذا كانت
غير مقترنة بقيد أو معلقة على شرط .
وفى جميع الأحوال يسوى معاش أو مكافأة القاضى على أساس آخر مرتب
لدرجته التى كان يشغلها ، ووفقا للقواعد المقررة بالنسبة للموظفين المفصولين
بسبب إلغاء الوظيفة أو الوفر .
