Article 43 of the Judicial Authority Law

يشترط فيمن يعين مستشارا بمحكمة النقض أن يتوافر فيه أحد الشروط
الآتية :
(١) أن يكون قد شغل مدة ثلاث سنوات على الأقل وظيفة مستشار
بإحدى محاكم الاستئناف أو محام عام أو مستشار بإدارة قضايا
الحكومة أو مستشار بمجلس الدولة .
(ب) أن يكون قد اشتغل مدة ست سنوات بالتدريس بكليات الحقوق
أو بتدريس القانون بجامعات جمهورية مصر العربية بوظيفة
أستاذ ومضى على تخرجه إحدى وعشرون سنة لم ينقطع فيها
عن العمل القانونى .
(ج) أن يكون من المحامين الذين اشتغلوا أمام محكمة النقض مدة ثمانى
سنوات متوالية .
