Article 42 of the Judicial Authority Law

استثناء من أحكام المادة ٣٩ والفقرات (أولا وثانيا وثالثا) من المادة
٤١ والمادة ١١٧ يجوز أن يعين أعضاء مجلس الدولة وأعضاء إدارة قضايا
الحكومة والنيابة الإدارية والمشتغلون بالتدريس فى كليات الحقوق
أو بتدريس مادة القانون فى جامعات جمهورية مصر العربية فى وظائف
القضاء أو النيابة التى تلى مباشرة درجات وظائفهم فى جهاتهم الأصلية
على ألا يترتب على ذلك أن يسبقوا زملاءهم فى القضاء أو النيابة ويكون
تحديد أقدميتهم بموافقة المجلس الأعلى للهيئات القضائية .
