لا يجوز إجراء أى تعديل فى قاعدة بيانات الناخبين بعد دعوة الناخبين إلى الانتخاب
أو الاستفتاء.
ومع ذلك يجوز،،
إجراء تعديل على قاعدة البيانات، إن كان ذلك تنفيذا لحكم قضائى واجب النفاذ،
أو لحذف أسماء المتوفين من هذه القاعدة.

ومع ذلك يجوز ، حتى قبل الخمسة عشر يوما السابقة على يوم الاقتراع ،
إجراء تعديل على قاعدة البيانات ، إن كان ذلك تنفيذا لحكم قضائى واجب النفاذ ،
أو لحذف أسماء المتوفين من هذه القاعدة .
