يرفع وزير الخارجية جزاء التنبيه الذى وقع على أحد أعضاء السلك من ملف خدمته بعد مضى سنة وبشرط حصول العضو على تقرير كفاية بمرتبة ممتاز أو بناء على تقرير من جهاز التفتيش والصلاحية وتقييم مستوى الأداء وفقا للشروط والأوضاع المنصوص عليها فى المادة ( ١٩ ) من هذا القانون .
وإذا تكرر تنبيه العضو قبل رفع التنبيه الأول يتم تأخير نقله للخارج لمدة سنتين عند النظر فى هذا النقل ، كما يجوز علاوة على ذلك تخطيه فى الترقية مرة واحدة .
