تختص الجمعية العمومية غير العادية للنقابة بالمسائل الآتية :
( أ ) النظر في المسائل التي تختص بها الجمعية العمومية العادية ويرى مجلس النقابة عرضها عليها .
( ب ) النظر في الموضوعات التي تضمنها طلب عقد الجمعية العمومية .
( ج ) سحب الثقة من النقيب أو أعضاء مجلس النقابة .
