لا يجوز لأي عضو من أعضاء الجمعية العمومية للنقابة أن يتخلف عن التصويت بغير عذر مقبول وفي حالة مخالفة ذلك يلتزم العضو بأداء مبلغ قدره جنيه واحد للنقابة عند سداد الاشتراك وذلك لصالح صندوق الإعانات والمعاشات بالنقابة المختصة .
