يخطر العضو بقرار مجلس النقابة بزوال العضوية خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ صدور هذا القرار .
ويجوز إعادة العضوية إلى الأعضاء الذين زالت عضويتهم بسبب عدم دفع الاشتراك إذا أدوا المبلغ المستحق عليهم خلال السنة التالية مضافا إليه مبلغ خمسة جنيهات رسم إعادة القيد ، وتحسب لهم مدد الاستبعاد في الأقدمية والمعاش .
