يجوز لمن صدر قرار من مجلس النقابة بزوال عضويته أن يتظلم من هذا القرار أمام اللجنة المنصوص عليها في المادة ( ٩ ) من هذا القانون خلال ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ إخطاره بالقرار المذكور ، وتسري في هذا الشأن قواعد التظلم وإعادة القيد الواردة في هذا القانون .
