يخطر الحاجز مكتب الشهر العقارى المختص بحصول
الإعلان المنصوص عليه فى المادة السابقة مع إرسال نسخة من محضر
الحجز وذلك خلال الثمانية الأيام التالية لتاريخ آخر إعلان للدائنين
أو النيابة .
وعلى الموظف المختص بمكتب الشهر العقارى أن يؤشر بحصول هذا
الإعلان على هامش قيود الدائنين والتوقيع على نسخة المحضر بما يفيد
ذلك ثم يعيده إلى الحاجز خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ وصول إخطار
الحاجز إليه .
