للدائنين المقيدة حقوقهم على العقار المحجوز حق وقف
السير فى الإجراءات إذا قاموا بأداء المبالغ المحجوز من أجلها والمصروفات
حتى اليوم السابق على اليوم المعين للبيع .
ويحل الدائن الذى قام بأداء هذه المبالغ محل الحاجز فى حقوقه
وامتيازاته .
ويحرر المباشر للبيع محضرا بذلك تسلم صورة منه للدائن المذكور ويقوم
بشهره على نفقته .
