تطبق العقوبات المنصوص عليها فى المواد ٣٤١ و ٣٤٢
و ٣٦١ من قانون العقوبات على المدين إذا اختلس الثمرات أو الإيرادات
التى تلحق بالعقار المحجوز أو إذا أتلف هذا العقار أو أتلف الثمرات .
