يجوز لمندوب الحاجز تجزئة العقار إلى صفقات إن كان ذلك
مما يرغب فى الإقدام على شرائها ورفع أسعارها وفى هذه الحالة توضح بيانات
كل صفقة على حدة ومساحتها وحدودها بمحضر الحجز بالتطبيق لقانون
الشهر العقارى مع ذكر الثمن الأساسى لكل صفقة بالمحضر .
