السوق المعنية فى تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون هى السوق التى تقوم على عنصرين هما
المنتجات المعنية والنطاق الجغرافى . وتكون المنتجات المعنية تلك التى يعد كل منها بديلا عمليا
وموضوعيا عن الآخر ، ويعنى النطاق الجغرافى مساحة جغرافية معينة تتجانس فيها ظروف
التنافس مع أخذ فرص التنافس المحتملة فى الاعتبار ، وذلك كله وفقا للمعايير التى تبينها اللائحة
التنفيذية بما يتفق مع أهداف وأحكام هذا القانون .
