فى تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون يقصد بالكلمات الآتية المعنى المبين قرين كل منها :
(أ) الأشخاص : الأشخاص الطبيعيون والأشخاص الاعتبارية ، والكيانات الاقتصادية ،
والاتحادات ، والروابط والتجمعات المالية وتجمعات الأشخاص على اختلاف طرق
تأسيسها، وغيرها من الظروف المرتبطة على النحو الذى تحدده اللائحة التنفيذية بما يتفق
مع أهداف وأحكام هذا القانون .
(ب) المنتجات : السلع والخدمات .
(ج) الجهاز : جهاز حماية المنافسة ومنع الممارسات الاحتكارية المنشأ طبقا لأحكام هذا
القانون .
(د) المجلس : مجلس إدارة جهاز حماية المنافسة ومنع الممارسات الاحتكارية .
