السيطرة على سوق معينة فى تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون هى قدرة الشخص التى تزيد
حصته على ٢٥٪ من تلك السوق على إحداث تأثير فعال على الأسعار أو حجم المعروض بها دون
أن تكون لمنافسيه القدرة على الحد من ذلك .
ويحدد الجهاز حالات السيطرة وفقا للإجراءات التى تبينها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون.
