الترخيص بالتشغيل لشركات ومنشآت الطيران:
لا يجوز للمستثمر الذى يكون قد استوفى الاجراءات لانشاء شركة أو منشأة طيران على النحو الموضح بالمادة (75) أن يبدأ فى ممارسة نشاطه الا بعد الحصول على الآتى:
1 – ترخيص من وزير الطيران المدنى بعد تقديم مستند تأسيس الشركة أو المنشأة.
2 – شهادة كفاءة تشغيل صادرة من سلطات الطيران المدنى طبقا للقواعد التى تحددها هذه السلطات فى هذا الشأن.
