اجراءات انشاء شركات ومنشآت الطيران:
مع عدم الاخلال بأحكام القوانين المنظمة لانشاء الشركات أو المنشآت لا يجوز انشاء شركة أو منشأة لممارسة نشاط النقل الجوى التجارى الداخلى أو الدولى أو نشاط الأشغال الجوية داخل الجمهورية الا بموافقة وزير الطيران المدنى بعد تقديم الدراسة الفنية والاقتصادية للمشروع المزمع انشاؤه.
