التفتيش على عمليات النقل الجوى والأشغال الجوية:
يكون لممثلى سلطات الطيران المدنى المعتمدين منها لهذا الغرض الحق فى الدخول الى الأماكن المتصلة بالنشاط الجوى للمستثمر للتفتيش ومراقبة تنفيذ متطلبات التشغيل والقوانين والقواعد والأنظمة والتعليمات المقررة فى الجمهورية ويكون لهذه السلطات الحق فى ايقاف أى رحلة أو خط جوى اذا ما رأت أن مستوى تشغيله ما يخالف القواعد المشار اليها.
