القوانين والقواعد والأنظمة الواجبة التطبيق:
مع مراعاة معاهدة شيكاغو وملاحقها، على مستثمر أية طائرة مسجلة فى الجمهورية وتعمل فى النقل الجوى أو الأشغال الجوية أن يراعى فى تشغيلها – أينما كانت – أحكام هذا القانون ما لم تتعارض مع قوانين الدول التى تباشر نشاطها فيها.
