النقل الجوى التجارى الداخلى:
لا يجوز للطائرات الأجنبية القيام بنقل ركاب أو بضائع أو بريد بين نقطتين واقعتين فى اقليم الجمهورية. ومع ذلك يجوز لسلطات الطيران المدنى التصريح بمثل هذا النقل اذا اقتضى الصالح العام ذلك.
