الدراسات الاقتصادية والفنية للخطوط الجوية:
على شركات ومنشآت النقل الجوى الوطنية قبل افتتاح أى خط جوى ترغب فى تشغيله أو استخدام نوع جديد من طراز الطائرات القيام بدراسة اقتصادية وفنية كاملة لهذا الخط أو الطراز واعتماد النتيجة من وزير الطيران المدنى.
