واجبات شركات ومنشآت النقل الجوى:
(1) على شركات ومنشآت النقل الجوى الوطنية والأجنبية تزويد سلطات الطيران المدنى بكافة ما تطلبه من معلومات وبيانات وجداول مواعيد، واحصائيات تتعلق باستثمار خطوطها الجوية.
(2) مع مراعاة القواعد والاجراءات المعمول بها فى الجمهورية يجب الحصول مقدما على موافقة سلطات الطيران المدنى على تعيين كافة الموظفين الأجانب الذين يعملون فى شركات ومنشآت الطيران العاملة فى الجمهورية.
