Article 99 of the Military Judiciary Law

يكون للضابط المخول سلطة التصديق ، عند عرض الحكم عليه ، السلطات الآتية :
١ تخفيف العقوبات المحكوم بها أو إبدالها بعقوبة أقل منها .
٢ إلغاء كل العقوبات أو بعضها أيا كان نوعها أصلية أو تكميلية أو تبعية .
٣ إيقاف تنفيذ العقوبات كلها أو بعضها .
٤ إلغاء الحكم مع حفظ الدعوى أو الأمر بإعادة المحاكمة أمام محكمة أخرى .
وفى هذه الحالة يجب أن يكون القرار مسببا .
