Article 95 of the Armed Forces Officers Service and Promotion Law

يمنح الضابط اجازة عرضية مقدارها سبعة أيام فى السنة
لأسباب طارئة وتبين الأوامر التى تصدرها أفرع القوات المسلحة كيفية
منحها .
ويجب على الضابط أن يبلغ رئاسته قبل أو عند قيامه بهذه الاجازة
للترخيص له بالغياب وتنتهى الاجازة العرضية بانتهاء العام ولا تضم من
عام إلى آخر .
