Article 96 of the Armed Forces Officers Service and Promotion Law

يجوز للقائد أن يمنح الضابط اجازة لمدة لا تجاوز ستة
أيام فى السنة إذا استنفد مدة اجازته العادية والعرضية ولا تكون اجازة
القائد لأكثر من ثلاثة أيام فى المرة الواحدة . ويجوز أن تمنح هذه
الاجازة للضابط فى حالة وقف الاجازات العادية إذا استنفد اجازته
العرضية .
