تصدق الرئاسات على الاجازات العادية فى الحدود
المقدمة ويجوز تقصيرها أو تأجيلها أو قطعها أو إلغاؤها لأسباب قوية
تقتضيها ظروف الخدمة بالقوات المسلحة .
كما يجوز لهذه الرئاسات منحها فى ظروف الميدان بحسب النظم التى
تتفق ومقتضيات الخدمة بالميدان .
وتصدر رئاسات القوات المسلحة فى أوامرها أية قواعد تنظيمية أخرى
تتعلق بموسم الاجازات بالنسبة إلى المناورات أو التدريب المشترك
أو غير ذلك .
