Article 81 of the Armed Forces Officers Service and Promotion Law

إذا بقى الضابط المحال الى الاستيداع أو المعاش أو
المقبولة استقالته مدة بعد إحالته أو قبول استقالته لتسلم ما بعهدته
تصرف له مكافأة عن هذه المدة تساوى الفرق بين راتبه الجديد أو معاشه
و بين مجموع راتبه الأصل وتعويضاته على ألا تتجاوز مدة تسلم العهدة
شهرا واحدا .
