يبدأ صرف راتب الضابط المحال الى الاستيداع من
تاريخ إحالته .
وإذا كانت إحالة الضابط أثناء خدمته خارج الجمهورية فيبدأ
صرف راتب الاستيداع من تاريخ وصوله إليها بشرط ألا تزيد الفترة بين
تاريخ الإحالة وتاريخ وصوله على شهرين .
