إذا حل دور الترقية على المقدم تام التأهيل ولم يشمله
الاختيار ، أو بلغ سن معاش رتبته قبل ذلك يحال إلى المعاش برتبة عقيد
بقوة القانون .
ويجوز للجنة الضباط المختصة نقله لكشف الضباط فئة (ب) برتبته
الأصلية إذا رغب الضابط فى ذلك .
و إذا حل دور الترقية على المقدم غير الموصى بترقيته أو بلغ سن معاش
رتبته قبل ذلك يحال إلى المعاش برتبة مقدم بقوة القانون .
