مع مراعاة الشروط الواردة فى المواد [رقم غير مقروء] تكون
ترقية المقدم والعقيد والعميد الى الرتبة التالية باختيار الضباط الأكثر
تأهيلا من بين من سبقت التوصية بترقيتهم وأدرجت أسماؤهم بكشف
المرشحين للترقية .
و يصدر قرار من القائد العام للقوات المسلحة يبين شروط وضعهم
بكشوف المرشحين للترقية .
وتتم التوصية بادراج الضابط بكشف المرشحين للترقية للرتبة التالية قبل
حلول موعد الترقية بسنة على الأقل .
و يقسم الضباط من رتبة مقدم وعقيد وعميد إلى ثلاثة أقسام :
