إذا كتب عن الضابط تقرير خاص غير مرض أو ذكر
أن الضابط غير أهل لوظيفته الحالية أو لوظيفة أخرى أو للترقية يعرض
أمره فورا على لجنة الضباط المختصة .
وإذا تبينت اللجنة بعد الاستماع إلى أوجه دفاع الضابط عدم صلاحيته للاستمرار بالخدمة
بالقوات المسلحة جاز لها إحالته إلى التقاعد ويعامل فى هذه الحالة وفقا للمادة ١٣٩ مكررا ( ١ ) .
