يبلغ الضابط الذى يكتب عنه تقرير كفاءة سنوى غير
مرض بمضمون هذا التقرير إذا أقرته رئاسة هيئة أركان الحرب المختصة
وله تقديم أوجه دفاعه إلى لجنة الضباط المختصة خلال خمسة عشر يوما
من تاريخ تبليغه بالتقرير وتفصل اللجنة فى تظلمه ويكون قرارها فى هذا
الشأن نهائيا .
