يجوز استدعاء بعض الضباط المحالين الى المعاش ممن
اكتسبوا خبرة خاصة للعمل بالقوات المسلحة وفى هذه الحالة يمنحون
مكافآت شهرية لا تقل عن الفرق بين الراتب مضافا إليه التعويضات التى
كانوا يتقاضونها والمعاش المقرر لهم .
ويكون الاستدعاء بقرار من القائد العام للقوات المسلحة .
