تحدد علامات الرتب للضباط وأزياؤهم بقرار من
القائد العام للقوات المسلحة بناء على اقتراح من الجهة المختصة .
وللضباط المتقاعدين أن يحتفظوا برتبهم العسكرية ولا يجوز لهم أن
يرتدوا الملابس العسكرية إلا فى المناسبات العسكرية التى يدعون إليها رسميا .
