مع مراعاة أحكام قانون الخدمة المدنية الصادر بالقانون رقم ٨١ لسنة ٢٠١٦ ، يجوز
نقل أو ندب بعض العاملين فى الدولة من ذوى الخبرة للعمل بالهيئات الشبابية المنصوص
عليها فى هذا القانون.
