يقدم طلب التحكيم فى القرارات المشار إليها فى المادة السابقة إلى رئيس اللجنة العامة خلال ثلاثين يوما من إبلاغ القرار للخصم المعترض بخطاب موصى عليه، وتتبع فى إجراءات نظر التحكيم الأحكام المنصوص عليها فى المادتين (30)، (31) من هذا القانون، ولا يكون الطلب مقبولا إلا إذا سدد صاحبه الرسم المقرر وتحدد لجنة التحكيم فى قرارها من يتحمله.
